Inner Current is a 10-day immersion into the rhythm of breath and consciousness — a deep dive into the flow of energy, presence, and awareness.
This experiential training bridges ancient Tantric philosophy with modern science of breath, nervous-system regulation, and meditation.
Rooted in the wisdom of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra (NDST), students learn to experience prāṇa not as something to control but as the living pulse of consciousness itself.
Each inhale and exhale becomes a reflection of spanda — the subtle pulsation between expansion and stillness that pervades all of existence.
Through daily breathwork journeys, guided meditation, movement, and contrast therapy (sauna & ice bath), students cultivate a deeper relationship with energy, awareness, and the body.
 This training develops the capacity to hold space, regulate the nervous system, and guide others through transformative breath-based practices — a foundation for living and teaching from grounded presence.
Whether taken as a stand-alone immersion or as part of the Salty Prana 300-Hour YTT, Inner Current offers tools to harmonize body, mind, and energy while awakening the awareness that flows beneath it all.


  • Classical and Tantric breath techniques

This Module is for yoga teachers, facilitators, breathworkers, and devoted practitioners seeking:

– Experiential depth in yogic breath and meditation
– Tools for nervous system regulation and trauma-informed holding
– Practical integration of Tantric philosophy
– A stand-alone immersion or credit toward the Salty Prana 300hr YTT

Core Study Areas

  • Morning asana (Hatha) and somatic movement to awaken and circulate Prana.
  • Movement as meditation — embodying the pulse of spanda through flow and rhythm.
  • Contrast therapy: ice bath and sauna sessions as embodied tools for resilience and pranic balance.
  • Breath techniques for thermal regulation
  • Integration through grounding, journaling, and guided reflection.

Movement, Energy and Elemental Practices

Holding Space , Safety & Breath anatomy

  • Trauma-informed facilitation and safe container creation.
  • Recognizing over-activation, hyperventilation, or emotional release cues.
  • Grounding and re-centering methods for facilitators and students.
  • Energetic boundaries, presence, and the ethics of leading breathwork and meditation.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Understand the anatomical and energetic principles of breath and the nervous system.
  • Confidently guide foundational to intermediate prāṇāyāma and breathwork techniques.
  • Facilitate meditation and awareness practices from the Tantric tradition.
  • Integrate movement, stillness, and elemental exposure into cohesive personal or group practice.
  • Cultivate the ability to regulate their own energy and hold grounded space for others.
  • Experience and communicate the NDST view that breath is awareness in motion.
  • Lay the groundwork for advanced teaching in energy-based and meditative yoga practice.

Meet Celine: Senior Yoga Teacher, Founder of Salty Prana Yoga School, and a passionate guide on the journey to self-discovery. With over two decades of experience, Celine’s path to yoga began in her native Switzerland, where she sought balance and inner peace in the hustle of everyday life. Celine’s background as a nurse and personal trainer gives her a unique perspective on holistic well-being, which she blends seamlessly into her teachings. Today, as a 1000+ hour internationally accredited yoga teacher, she dedicates herself to empowering others to embrace yoga as a way of life—encouraging personal growth, self-awareness, and authentic living.

A lifelong student of yoga, Celine has studied under world-renowned teachers, weaving together the wisdom of diverse traditions to inform her approach. Her classes, ranging from dynamic vinyasa flows to soothing yin yoga and meditation, offer a deeply embodied experience that emphasizes mindful movement, breath connection, and the integration of philosophy into practice.

Benny is a passionate yoga teacher, breathwork instructor, and surfer from the picturesque Byron Bay region in Australia. With over 1,000 hours of accredited training,in different modalities and techniques, Benny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his teachings, which blend yoga, meditation, philosopy, and the art of conscious breathwork.

As one of the founders of Salty Prana, a yoga school and retreat center in Bali, Benny leads transformative yoga teacher training programs and retreats. His teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in Non-Dual Shiva Tantra, embracing a non-dualistic perspective toward yoga and life. This philosophy emphasizes the interconnectedness of all things, inspiring students to dissolve perceived boundaries and cultivate a deeper sense of unity and presence in their practice.

An avid surfer, Benny finds his connection to non-duality mirrored in the ocean, where riding waves becomes an extension of his yoga practice. For Benny, surfing embodies flow, awareness, and surrender, offering a powerful reminder of the balance between effort and ease in life.
