9:00 - 10:15am Brunch & Break
10:15am -13:30pm Lectures such as Anatomy, History & Philosophy
13:30 - 3pm Lunch and Break
3pm - 4:30pm Asana Lab, Practice teaching
4:30pm- 6pm Evening practice (such as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra or Meditation)
